We handle personal property and business personal property claims resulting from fire, water, wind, theft, and other perils. This includes homeowner Coverage C claims, commercial BPP claims, and disputed contents claims in appraisal.
You fax, scan, or upload handwritten lists, audio dictation, or photos. A dedicated account manager reviews the file, our specialists transcribe and research each item, and we return a complete digital inventory report with RCV/ACV and substantiation.
Turnaround depends on file size and complexity. Many Digitory Remote™ files are returned within 24–48 hours. Large fire losses or forensic recreation projects may take longer, and we provide an estimated timeline at intake.
We typically deliver Excel, PDF, and CSV formats. Reports can be sorted, edited, and archived by your team. Custom formats are available on request.
Yes. Our photo inventory specialists can attend the loss site to capture room-by-room evidence and build the inventory. We also offer remote-guided capture when an on-site visit is not practical.
Yes. We prepare appraisal-ready inventory reports, rebuttal exhibits, and line-item analyses formatted for appraisers, umpires, and attorneys.
We locate the nearest current replacement model with similar features, quality, and utility. If no direct replacement exists, we document comparable alternatives and explain the basis for the value.
